Where is our data stored?
Your data is hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centres in the United Kingdom, and any AI processing uses UK based endpoints. Where a supplier operates outside the UK, we only use them under the safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How do you keep our data secure?
We have completed Cyber Essentials and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, and data protection by design is part of how we build MyCarePal.
